Matthew Sano, President, brings more than 40 years of experience in the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB), commissioning, and HVAC industries. For over 25 years, he has led the company’s strategic growth and technical operations, helping clients achieve safe, efficient, and high-performing building systems across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities.
Matthew is a NEBB Certified Professional in Air and Hydronic Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning, and Whole Building Technical Commissioning. He also holds TABB certifications in Air and Hydronic Balancing, Sound and Vibration Measurement, Fire Life Safety Dampers, and Smoke Control Systems, and is a licensed New Jersey Master HVACR Contractor.
A recognized leader within the industry, Matthew served on the SMACNA National Board of Directors, the International Certification Board (ICB) Technical Resource Committee, and has served on numerous industry committees focused on certification, workforce development, technical standards, legislative affairs, and contractor advancement. He is a TABB Hall of Fame Inductee, past President of both SMCA Philadelphia and MAEBA, and currently serves as a JATC Trustee and Chair.
Matthew is currently the Industry Fund Chairman of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and is a longstanding a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Jennifer Dungee Lohr, Vice President, brings 19 years of experience in the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) industry. As Vice President she provides executive leadership for company operations, workforce development, project management, safety compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. She is a NEBB Certified Professional, TABB Supervisor, and proud member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19.
Jennifer has extensive experience managing commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, institutional, and mission-critical projects, with specialized expertise in safety and health management systems, OSHA compliance, contractor qualification programs, risk management, and employee development. She is recognized for building strong teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
An active leader within the industry, Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA), is a Trustee for the Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC), serves as an ICB/TABB Subject Matter Expert, and is a member of the International Certification Board (ICB) Technical Committee. Through her involvement in workforce development, certification programs, and industry leadership initiatives, Jennifer is committed to advancing the TAB profession and supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
Dave Wood, Senior Project Manager, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. Dave Wood brings 25 years of experience in testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning, with a specialization in large healthcare construction projects. He is a NEBB Certified Professional in TAB, Building Systems Commissioning, and Sound and Vibration Measurement, as well as a TABB Certified Supervisor and Fume Hood Performance Testing Technician.
Dave’s expertise includes design review, complex mechanical system troubleshooting, compounding pharmacy verification, cleanroom testing, and fume hood performance testing. He currently serves as Technical Committee Chairman, Board Member, Past President, and Lead Examiner for MAEBA, and has contributed to NEBB national standards as a former TAB Committee member, Subject Matter Expert, and contributing author to industry study guides.
Dane Gresko, Project Manager, Dane Gresko brings 17 years of experience in the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) industry. A member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19, he is a NEBB Certified Professional in Air and Hydronic Balancing and holds multiple TABB certifications, including TABB Supervisor, TABB Technician, Fire Life Safety Technician, Fire Life Safety Supervisor, and Smoke Control Systems Technician.
Dane has extensive experience supporting commercial, healthcare, educational, and institutional projects, ensuring HVAC and life safety systems perform safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards. His technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a valuable resource for clients and project teams alike.
In addition to his project responsibilities, Dane is actively involved in advancing the industry through his service on the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) Education Committee, supporting workforce development and training initiatives for the next generation of skilled professionals.
Sean Schools, Company Steward, brings 10 years of experience in the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) industry. A member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19, he serves as Fisher Balancing Company’s Company Steward and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism on every project.
Sean is a NEBB Certified Technician and holds multiple TABB certifications, including TABB Supervisor and TABB Fire Smoke Damper Technician. His experience includes supporting commercial, healthcare, educational, and institutional projects, helping ensure HVAC and life safety systems perform in accordance with design requirements and industry standards.
Rick Veneziani, Office and Accounting Manager, brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business administration. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Rick oversees the company’s financial operations and administrative functions, helping ensure efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional client service. His financial expertise, and commitment to operational excellence play an important role in supporting Fisher Balancing Company’s continued growth and success.
