Matthew Sano, President, has more than thirty years of experience in the Balancing Industry. Matthew is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning and Fire Protection Systems Commissioning. He is Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Sound and Vibration Measurement. Matthew is a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Jennifer Dungee Lohr, Vice President, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. She is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Technician in Air and Hydronics Balancing. She is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Technician.
Dave Wood, Senior Project Manager, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning and Sound and Vibration Measurement. Dave is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Certified Supervisor and Fume Hood Performance Testing Technician. He has an extensive background in Fume Hoods, Bio-Safety Cabinets and Cleanroom Set-Up Testing. Dave is the Technical Committee Chairman for the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Balancing Association (MAEBA) and Lead Proctor for the NEBB Practical Exams for Supervisors and Technicians. He was also a Proctor for the SMWIA Apprentice Contest.
Dane Gresko, Project Manager, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Technician in Air and Hydronics Balancing. He is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Fire Life Safety Technician and Supervisor Level 1.
Chris Weixler, Project Manager, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing. Chris is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Certified Supervisor
Lisa Dungee, Company Steward, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19 and she is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Fire Life Safety Technician and Supervisor Level 1.
Eileen Ryan, Office Manager, has more than thirty years of experience in Office Management and Administration. She has worked in the Balancing Industry for over twenty years.
Angel Zavislak, Administrative Assistant, has been with the company since 2004. Angel has more than fifteen years of administrative experience ranging from the legal field to the construction industry. Angel is very adept in her duties yielding the best possible results for our clients.
