Fisher Balancing Company, located in Williamstown, New Jersey, is a certified member of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). We are NEBB certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Fire Protection Systems Commissioning and Building Systems Commissioning. In addition to our NEBB certification, we are also Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing as well as Sound and Vibration Testing. We adhere to the NEBB Procedural Standards for HVAC Testing and Balancing and Instrument Certification.

Our mission is to present our customers with qualified solutions to their balancing needs, utilizing skilled Technicians and state of the art equipment to balance their HVAC systems to perform at their utmost efficiency to best serve the interest of our clients.

Working with Building Owners, Maintenance Personnel, Engineers, Construction Managers and Mechanical Contractors, we strive to provide our customers with an accurately balanced HVAC system. We are continually evaluating and upgrading our resources to meet the challenge of the ever changing HVAC/Environmental Systems industry. We have the capability to receive and print project drawings via e-mail, as well as, convert reports to a more environmentally friendly electronic format in addition to and/or in lieu of paper reports.

Our Staff

Matthew Sano, President of Fisher Balancing, has more than thirty years of experience in the Balancing Industry. Matthew is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning and Fire Protection Systems Commissioning. He is Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Sound and Vibration Measurement. Matthew is a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Jeffrey Schools, Vice President of Fisher Balancing, has more than twenty-five years of experience in the Balancing Industry. Jeffrey is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Building Systems Commissioning. He is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Certified Supervisor in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Sound and Vibration Measurement and a TABB Fume Hood Performance Testing Technician. He is certified by the Eagleson Institute in HVAC Systems and Laboratory Design, Biological Safety Cabinet Technology and Testing HEPA Filters in Cleanrooms. Jeffrey is accredited by National Safety Foundation (NSF) as a Biohazard Cabinet Field Certifier. He was a Proctor for the TABB Practical Exam and the SMWIA Apprentice Contest as well as a contributing editor for the International Training Institute TABB text book. He is a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Jeffrey is on the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of Mid-Atlantic Environmental Balancing Association (MAEBA) and a MAEBA Technical Committee member.

Dave Wood is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning and Sound and Vibration Measurement. Dave is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Certified Supervisor and Fume Hood Performance Testing Technician. He has an extensive background in Fume Hoods, Bio-Safety Cabinets and Cleanroom Set-Up Testing. Dave is the Technical Committee Chairman for the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Balancing Association (MAEBA) and Lead Proctor for the NEBB Practical Exams for Supervisors and Technicians. He was also a Proctor for the SMWIA Apprentice Contest.

Gary Harbs has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 for over eighteen years. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Technician in Air and Hydronics Balancing. Gary has an extensive background in duct fabrication and installation as well as HVAC Testing & Balancing, Controls Evaluation and Electrical Diagnostics.

Jennifer Dungee Lohr is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. Jennifer competed and took third place in the National Sheet Metal Apprentice Competition. She is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Technician in Air and Hydronics Balancing. She is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Fume Hood Performance Testing Technician.

Dane Gresko is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Technician in Air and Hydronics Balancing. He is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Fire Life Safety Technician and Supervisor Level 1.

Eileen Ryan, Office Manager, has more than thirty years of experience in Office Management and Administration. She has worked in the Balancing Industry for over twenty years.

Angel Zavislak, Executive Assistant, has been with the company since 2004. Angel has more than fifteen years of administrative experience ranging from the legal field to the construction industry. Angel is very adept in her duties yielding the best possible results for our clients.
