Matthew is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Qualified Professional certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning and Fire Protection Systems Commissioning. He is Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Sound and Vibration Measurement. Matthew is a Committee Member of the NEBB National Chapter Affairs Committee, a Board Member of the ICB/TABB Organization, a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and is the Vice President of the Philadelphia Chapter of SMCA for 2011. In addition, he is an associate member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Vice President of Fisher Balancing, has more than twenty years experience in the Balancing Industry. Jeffrey is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Qualified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing. He is also a Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Certified Supervisor in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Sound and Vibration Measurement. He is certified by the Eagleson Institute in HVAC Systems and Laboratory Design, Biological Safety Cabinet Technology and Testing HEPA Filters in Cleanrooms. Jeffrey is accredited by National Safety Foundation NSF) as a Biohazard Cabinet Field Certifier. He was a Proctor for the TABB Practical Exam and the SMWIA Apprentice Contest as well as a contributing editor for the International Training Institute TABB text book. He is a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and an Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) . Jeffrey is a member of the Board of Directors of Mid-Atlantic Environmental Balancing Association and the Technical Committee Chairman.
Dave Wood,
Project Manager/Supervisor for Fisher Balancing, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Qualified Professional certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Sound and Vibration Measurement, Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) Certified Supervisor and TABB Certified Fume Hood Performance Testing Technician. Dave has an extensive background in Fume Hoods, Bio-Safety Cabinets and Cleanroom Set-Up Testing. Dave is a Proctor for the NEBB Practical Exams for Supervisor and Technician.

He has an extensive background in duct fabrication and installation as well as HVAC Testing & Balancing, Controls Evaluation and Electrical Diagnostics.
