Matthew Sano, President of Fisher Balancing, has more than twenty-nine years experience in the Balancing Industry. He has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 19 for over twenty-nine years. Matthew is a NEBB Qualified Professional certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning and Fire Protection Systems Commissioning. He is a member of the Board of Directors for MAEBA, as well a committee member of the NEBB National Chapter Affairs Committee. He is Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing and Sound and Vibration. He is a board member of the ICB/TABB organization. He is a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and is the Vice President Elect of the Philadelphia Chapter for 2010. In addition, he is an associate member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Jeffrey Schools, Vice President of Fisher Balancing, has more than 18 years experience in the Balancing Industry. He has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 for over 24 years. He is a NEBB Qualified Professional in Air and Hydronics Balancing. He is Co-Chair of the Local NEBB Chapters Technical Committee and Chair of the Marketing committee. He is also a TABB (Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau) Certified Supervisor in Air and Hydronics as well as Sound and Vibration. Jeffrey was a Proctor for the TABB Practical Exam as well as a contributing Editor for the International Training Institute TABB Text Book. He is a Proctor for the SMWIA Apprentice Contest. He is Treasurer of the Local TABB Affiliate. He has been certified by the Eagleson Institute in HVAC Systems and Laboratory Design, Biological Safety Cabinet Technology and Testing HEPA Filters in Cleanrooms. Jeffrey is accredited by the NSF, National Safety Foundation as a Biohazard Cabinet Field Certifier. He is a member of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association (SMCA) and an Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Gary Harbs, Project Manager/Supervisor for Fisher Balancing, has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 for over sixteen years. He has an extensive background in duct fabrication and installation as well as HVAC Testing & Balancing, Controls Evaluation and Electrical Diagnostics. He is a Proctor for the SMWIA Apprentice Contest.

Steven Huffnagle, Project Manager/Supervisor for Fisher Balancing, has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 for twenty-nine years. Steven has twenty years in the balancing industry and was also an instructor for Local 19’s Balancing School. He is TABB certified in Air and Hydronic Balancing.

Dave Wood, Project Manager/Supervisor for Fisher Balancing, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau Qualified Professional, certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing. He is a Proctor for the NEBB Practical Exams for Supervisor and Technician. Dave has an extensive background in Fume Hoods, Bio-Safety Cabinets and Clean Room Set-Up testing.

Vincent Lopez, Project Manager/Supervisor for Fisher Balancing, has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 for twenty-five years, nineteen of which are in the Balancing Industry. He is a member of the Marketing Committee of the Local NEBB Chapter in the Category of Balancing. He has an extensive background in duct fabrication and installation as well as HVAC Testing and Balancing, Controls Evaluation and Electrical Diagnostics. Vince is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau Qualified Professional certified in Air and Hydronic Balancing and Building Systems Commissioning.

Richard Tympel, Project Manager/Supervisor for Fisher Balancing, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. Rich is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau Technician certified in Air and Hydronics Balancing.

Jennifer Dungee Lohr, Project Manager / Technician for Fisher Balancing, is a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. Jennifer competed and took fifth place in the National Sheet Metal Apprentice Competition.

Tom Ryan, Estimator for Fisher Balancing, has been a Local Union 8 Carpenter for twelve years. During that period Tom spent extensive time working as a field supervisor for a large local area construction management company, where his duties included, but were not limited to, structural, architectural, and MEP supervision and coordination.

Eileen Ryan, Office Manager, has more than thirty years experience in Office Management and Administration. She has worked in the Balancing Industry for fifteen years and understands the importance of expediting the report process to our customers.

Angel Zavislak, Executive Assistant, has been with the company since 2004. Angel has more than fifteen years of administrative experience ranging from the legal field to the construction industry. Angel is very adept in her duties yielding the best possible results for our clients.
